I have the right to refuse any commission.

I reserve all rights to my work.

I require you to credit me in a clear and easy to find place (including Twitter bio, Twitch about, TikTok bio, etc.) with a link to my Twitter and/or Twitch

I stream my work process live on Twitch and in recorded VoDs on YouTube. If you require privacy or an NDA before debut there is an NDA fee of 15%.

If a model is planned for commercial use with a company or talent agency then the price will be increased accordingly (not referring to an individual streaming or otherwise profiting from personal content).

Commissions will be completed and delivered within 1-3 months of starting work on the commission. If you need the commission by a particular date, please inform me when you first contact me.

Rush orders (<2 wks rigging, <4 wks model & rig), if accepted, cost an additional 50%. Depending on the complexity of the commission, I may be unable to complete the rush order in the given time. If this is the case, we can discuss rushing the basics and postponing the detailed rigging; you would be made aware of this during the estimate.

Prices are in USD.

For all commissions, a deposit of 50% of full price is required within 14 days of accepting invoice to reserve your spot in my queue.

For commissions < $600, full payment must be received before I will start your commission. For commissions => $600, payment plans are possible. I will deliver the commission once paid in full.

For art & rig commissions, I require less than $500 outstanding after the model art is complete for me to begin rigging.

10% of full payment is non-refundable.

Full refunds are only guaranteed when I haven't yet started the commission. For semi-completed commissions, partial refunds will be given on a case by case basis.

I do not allow, under any circumstance, any part of my artwork and/or rigging to be used in the creation of NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens) or any other blockchain-based or cryptocurrency technology.

Use of my art and/or rigging for any advertising associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

I do not allow, under any circumstance, any part of my artwork and/or rigging to be used in the training of art generating Artificial Intelligence.

Any and all profits made from the use of models/rigs by Lady Liefy will belong to the client (unless agreed upon otherwise).

The client is not allowed to redistribute or publicly post the model files.

The client is not allowed to resell the model without express permission from all parties (rigger and model artist).

The client is allowed (and encouraged!) to non-permanently alter their model with VTube Studio colour changing.

The client is allowed to make permanent changes to the model once discussed with Lady Liefy so as to obtain the editable files; this allows the files to be safely tracked.

Lady Liefy is not allowed to use the model for commercial purposes, besides advertising for commissions and Live2D educational content.

Lady Liefy is not allowed to modify the model for resale.

Lady Liefy is allowed to reuse textures common among many models (effects, reflections, masks, etc.)

Complete and submit the commission request form when I'm accepting applications.

I do not work on a first come first serve basis; I consider all potential clients when accepting commission requests. If I think I can do your character justice, I will contact you and send an estimate (via PayPal).

Estimate is converted to an invoice and an initial payment of 50% of the commission total is requested within 14 days to confirm your commission.

I will update you frequently through Twitter or Discord. Please reach out at any time if you would like additional updates.

In general, it will take 1-2 months for a full-body rig to be completed, and 3-4 months for a full-body model & rig.

Once payment is received in full you will begin receiving test models to play with. This is a great time for minor adjustments so the model moves just the way you prefer.

The full resolution commission (approx. 4000 x 8000 pixels model art compressed into 4096 x 4096 textures for Live2D) will be sent to you upon completion. Set-up assistance with face-tracking will be provided as needed.

If you would like additions to your model at a future date you will be pushed to the front of my upcoming round of commissions.

Repeat customers receive 15% off any future commission (subtotal > $200).
